Our team
Jason Danka is a music entrepreneur, creative director, and co-founder of Badland Music Group.
Beyond music, Jason has built and operated successful ventures across multiple industries, giving him a rare blend of creative vision and real-world business execution.
He co-founded Badland to apply that same disciplined, results-driven mindset to artist development – combining branding, marketing, touring strategy, and long-term planning into one unified approach.
Known for his hands-on leadership style, Jason’s mission is simple: elevate talent, protect ownership, and build sustainable success without compromising authenticity.
Malcolm Springer is an award winning producer, engineer, and mixer recognized for his genre-crossing work in country, rock, pop, and film.
With a career defined by both technical excellence and creative vision, Springer has collaborated with a wide range of top-tier artists, helping craft records that are both commercially successful and artistically distinctive.
Equally at home in music and film, Springer has also made a mark in motion picture sound, further expanding his influence beyond the traditional recording studio. His reputation for sonic clarity, emotional impact, and artist-first production has made him a trusted name in the industry.
Paul Crosby is a music industry veteran with nearly 30 years of experience spanning recording, touring, and artist development. With multi-platinum and gold record sales to his credit, along with a Grammy nomination, Crosby has built a career rooted in both creative excellence and industry savvy. As a touring musician, he has shared stages with some of the biggest names in the business, gaining first hand insight into what it takes to succeed at the highest level.
Beyond his work as an artist, Crosby is the founder and driving force behind Paul Crosby Management, a highly successful artist management company. Through strategic guidance and deep industry relationships, he has secured recording contracts, major festival placements, and national and international tours for his clients. Known for his hands-on approach and long-term vision, Paul Crosby continues to shape careers and elevate artists in an ever-evolving music landscape.
